Refund policy

Merchandise: Please get in touch with One Team One Coffee LLC within 30 days of product delivery. One Team One Coffee LLC offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.

Coffee: Coffee can be returned if there is physical damage to the package. It can be exchanged for the same blend or an equal or lesser-valued blend. However, coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund at this moment.

To start a return, you can contact us at oneteamonecoffee@oneteamonecoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
